You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding Flash USDT Software transactions, anti-money laundering, and sanctions in your jurisdiction. USDT Flash reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate compliance requirements.

  • Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud

Service fees are disclosed at the time of account setup or transaction. Fees may vary based on volume, network, and service tier. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

USDT Flash is not liable for losses resulting from blockchain network delays, third-party service failures, market volatility, or user error. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific transaction in question.

All content, trademarks, and technology on the USDT Flash platform are our property. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, regulatory requirements, or suspicious activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
